Our client, a Property Consultancy, based in Poole, are seeking a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor to join them to work within their Building Surveying team, focusing on a range of commercial property. The Graduate or Assistant will be working directly alongside a chartered surveyor, while working towards completing the APC process to become MRICS qualified.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have graduated or be close to graduating in Building Surveying or similar (RICS accredited). They are also open to someone with slightly more experience at the assistant level. The candidate will also need to be local to the Poole area, hold a full driving licence and be seeking a long-term role.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
Start date: ASAP (happy to wait for degree finishes etc.
Reporting to: Senior Surveyor
Working hours: Monday to Friday

Assistant Building Surveyor Position Requirements

Graduated or be close to graduating in Building Surveying or similar (RICS accredited). Open to candidates with slightly more experience.
Full driving licence
Based in a commuting distance of Poole (or looking to relocate there)
Must be seeking a long-term role
Be keen to complete the APC process

Salary: £23,000 - £35,000 DOE
