How the Supply Industry Works:

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification.
A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
A valid DBS check. If you already have a DBS, it must be registered on the Update Service. If not, you will be responsible for obtaining and paying for a new DBS check.
A Level 1 Safeguarding certificate dated within the last year. If you don't have one, you will need to complete a free safeguarding course provided by Aspire People.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for education.
