Unify HQ are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Administrator to join a privately owned property development company based in Portsmouth. My client is looking for someone who has experience in subcontractor payments and use of Xero.
The Role:
* Processing supplier and subcontractor payments
* Handling all elements of sales and purchase invoicing
* Monthly reconciliations to trial balance
* Working closely with the Director on ad hoc duties
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience within a similar role
* Previously worked within the construction/property development industry
* Use of Xero – essential
