Auditing Coordinator

Fresh People are currently looking to recruit an Auditing Coordinator for our client a Fresh Produce business based in Maidstone in Kent . This is initially a Maternity cover role for a period of 1 year. In this role you will be supporting our clients suppliers and team of global Auditing managers to complete grower and supplier food safety and ethical audits across multiple sites and countries.

The Candidate

Suitable candidates must have experience working within the fresh produce industry and have strong project management and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Prophet ERP system experience would be an advantage

Key Accountabilities:

* Support the delivery of the Group auditing schedule together with the Auditing Co-Ordination manager.

* Liaise with the auditing team and suppliers to schedule audits communicating relevant audit requirements.

* Monitor and maintain supplier packhouse due diligence records to ensure compliance throughout the supply period.

* Monitor, maintain and report on packhouse compliance status across customer technical platforms.

* Manage and populate internal databases to support periodic KPI reporting.

* Generate periodic KPI reports and complete trend analysis providing insight on issues and highlighting opportunities for improvement.

* Perform supplier recall and traceability exercises.
