Our client, a successful law firm, are looking for a Legal Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in their Cardiff office. With a large network across the West, this is an exciting opportunity for an eager individual with a background in residential conveyancing to move up the ladder within a large firm on a longstanding career.

Main responsibilities of a Legal Conveyancing Assistant include:

Preparing correspondence and administration using a CMS
Liaising with clients both over the telephone and face to face, delivering excellent, professional customer service
Scanning, photocopying and audio typing of information across multiple formats
Diary management and administrative support to the Solicitors
We are looking for someone with:

Demonstratable experience within a residential conveyancing environment
Strong audio typing skills, from dictation
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in written work and data entry
A methodical, organised approach to work
Good communication skills
Our client offers a friendly and supportive working environment with room for growth and development, a salary in the region of £26,000, depending on experience and professional qualifications, plus benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holiday and Christmas shut down, pension and other benefits.
