FT Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Controller to join our client based in Hinckley on a permanent basis.

Our client are one of the UK’s fastest growing, independently owned Used Car Supermarket. Having vast experience and knowledge within the industry and a great selection of used cars to suit every need and budget.

Sales Controller Job Benefits:

* £30,000 per annum

* 42.5 Hour Contract working 5 Days a Week - Monday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-4pm

* 28 Days Holiday

* Uncapped Commission Earnings - OTE can be up to £60k

Sales Controller Job Details:

* Responsible for maintaining the overall performance of the site

* Carrying out some general manager responsibilities during absences from site

* Management of the sales team and their performance

* Supporting the sales team with regards to sold units and value-added products

* Identifying opportunities to support sales team in closing the deal

* Auditing deal presenter and subsequent opportunities

* Audit financial documents to ensure compliance

* Hitting and exceeding your monthly sales targets

Sales Controller Person Specification:

* Capable of leading by example

* Demonstrate high standard

* Hands on approach to workload

* Highly motivated and a motivator of people

* Good time management skills

* Driven and hardworking

* A presentable and professional individual

* FCA accredited (after training)

* Car supermarket and volume used car management experience preferable
