Are you an apprenticeship trained CNC Turner?

I’m looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join a very busy specialist engineering company in Hyde.

About you

• You will be a highly skilled machinist

• Able to operate set and programme lathes and vertical borers

• Its essential you have experience of working to fine tolerances

• Capable of reading understanding, and producing programs from complex drawings

The Job

• Ability to edit Fanuc control systems

• Working in the bearing workshop

• The role is a permanent position and will be offered on a day shift Monday to Friday with overtime available.

What you get

• Salary starting at £16.70 negotiable per hour

• Hours of work Mon to Thurs 7.45am – 5pm Fri 7.45 – 10.45am + regular overtime available

• Pension contributions where the company contributes 5%

• Generous holiday scheme, 25 days a year plus 8 statutory days also we offer service days where you get 1 extra day for every 5 years’ service.

• All PPE and tools required to do their job safely provided.
