Prospero Teaching are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to deliver person centred support to pupils who present high levels of challenging behaviours associated with SEMH issues at a school near Bournemouth. You will support children with Special Educational Needs and challenging behaviours, both one to one and in group settings. You will build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage positive outcomes.

Contract Details:

Role: SEN TA
Location: Bournemouth
Hours: 0900:1530 (during term time)
Minimum rate of pay: GBP85.10 per day
Full time/part time: Full time only
Start date: January 13th 2025
Duration: Ongoing
Experience, Training and Qualifications:

Up to date Safeguarding training in the last year (desirable but training can be provided)
Previous experience with Team Teach (desirable)
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is (desirable)
To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional references
