Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant - Long-term Cover
Location: Lincoln, LN2
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-term (Until July 2025)
Hours: Monday to Friday (term-time only)

Simply Education are currently seeking an experienced Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Lincoln (LN2). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Key Stage 2 class and make a positive impact on the educational journey of primary-aged children.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your main duties will include:

Assisting with general classroom support, including delivering interventions and providing one-on-one support to children where needed.
Supporting students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) to ensure they have access to the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Helping with behaviour management and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.
Assisting with planning, preparing, and delivering small group activities.
Providing additional support for children with emotional and academic needs.Key Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working in a Key Stage 2 classroom
Confidence in supporting children with SEND needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning
