Job Title: Panel Beater
Location: Pershore, Worcester
Salary: £21 per hour (LTD or Umbrella)
Job Type: Long term contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our team in Pershore, Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established fleet company offering competitive pay and a supportive, advanced work environment.

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodywork to its original condition, ensuring a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and repair damaged vehicles to manufacturer and customer standards.

* Use specialist tools and equipment to remove, repair, or replace damaged panels.

* Carry out structural and cosmetic repairs on a range of vehicles.

* Weld and bond components as necessary.

* Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, meeting agreed deadlines.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive environment.

* Skilled in using a variety of panel beating tools and techniques.

* Proficient in welding and filler work.

* Ability to work to high standards with minimal supervision.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Own tools are required.

Location:
This role is based in Pershore, Worcester. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the location.
