Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Secondary School near Andover
Temporary Role with Immediate Start

Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a small, welcoming rural secondary school just outside Andover as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).

About the Role:

Supporting high-functioning SEND pupils to reach their potential.
Working 4-5 days per week (flexible for the right candidate).
Temporary position with the possibility of a permanent contract based on performance and compatibility with the school team.
Start ASAP (after vetting checks and interview)
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or youths in an educational, coaching, or similar setting.
A compassionate and patient approach to working with SEND pupils.
Access to your own car (due to the rural location).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
