Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional individual to join our client as a Case processor. You will be helping to maintain a pipeline of mortgage applications, and ensuring lenders and underwriter requirements are met. This role is fantastic for someone coming from professional services already, who has transferable strong administration skills.

This role is office based, based within Ipswich.

Duties:

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client lending policies and application requirements for each lender
Liaise with solicitors and third parties to ensure loan conditions and documentation requirements are fulfilled
Ensure information relating to borrowers and their loans is current and accurately recorded
Receive and resolve loan completion enquiries from solicitors
Liaise professionally with third parties
Identify, recommend and implement enhancements to processes and procedures
Ensure SLAs are met for SBI for post completion documentation received
All tasks to be completed in accordance with current mortgage regulationsRequirements:

It is essential you have worked in a customer service or adminsitration capacity within professional services.
Be able to work with clients and colleagues, communicating seamlessly
Able to manage changing priorities
Able to work to SLA's
