Electrical Maintenance Technician
* Public sector commercial estate
* Permanent
* 40 hours per week
* £35,500 basic salary but opportunity for overtime and other bonuses up to £41,500

18th Edition required and ideally have experience in a commercial maintenance environment.

Work will involve:
* PPM's and compliance checks
* Day to day repairs
* Fault finding & repair
* Capital works projects & electrical upgrades

Will be mainly on the general building but could also be involved in the plant areas.

* Electrical distribution systems
* Generator and battery systems
* Fire alarm systems
* Emergency lighting systems
* BMS systems
* Ventilation systems
* Heating and plumbing systems
* Electricity at work regulations 1989
* Confined spaces regulations 1997
* HTM 06:02 (Electrical low voltage systems)
* BS 7671 wiring regulations
* Electrical installation testing and inspection
* Approved codes of practice and applicable standards.
