Excellent and rare opportunity for an Estimator to join a leading Tier 2 contractor based in Lincoln.

My client are a privately owned, well established, regional contractor who have a net work of offices and specialise in a broad range of construction industry divisions including commercial, retail, public sector and schools projects.

They have been established in the market for almost 60 years and have a reputation fordelivery and customer satisfaction.

They also have a low staff turnover and pride themselves on their 'family' feel ethos.

They are currently seeking an Estimator to work within their Main Contracting division.

The candidate will report to a Managing Estimator and will be supported by an AssistantEstimator.

The office is located in Lincoln and they are keen to recruit an Estimator from the local region.

Projects will be up to £25m in value.

The ideal candidate will have a stable career history and previous experience with a main contractor.

The company is a Group who due to their size and market presence can offer long term career potential and opportunity.
