Salary: Up to £25,500 per annum approximately

The company:
A reliable logistics company that specialises in domestic and international transport services
Main duties:
Maintain and develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients while offering a competitive road transport service.
The role:
- Handle daily tasks involved in international freight forwarding operations
- Deliver an outstanding customer service experience
- Establish and nurture long term working relationships with clients
- Assist with quotations, rates negotiation and transport organisation
- Effectively communicate via phone and email with both customers and hauliers
- Ensure a smooth process from collection to delivery of goods
The candidate:
- Fluency in Polish language is a mandatory requirement for this role
- Strong customer service skills
- Relevant knowledge or experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight forwarding, or Transportation would be beneficial
- Confident communicator with a proactive personality
- IT literate, confident MS Office user
Salary: Up to £25,500 per annum approximately
