Do you have extensive asset, compliance and project management experience within the construction industry, ideally healthcare? If so, this could be your new role for the new year!

This company are one of the largest SPV and Asset Management service providers to the PPP / PFI infrastructure market within sectors including healthcare, education, social care.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join the team in the Norwich area…

The Role

Involves overseeing asset compliance and performance across the region, including NHS PS deliverables and the CoBP. Responsibilities include managing trackers, reports, and project finances, supporting SPC Managers with contractual, financial, and lifecycle obligations, and ensuring compliance through reviews and audits. The role also includes maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring quality assurance, and providing support to fulfil Management Services Agreement obligations.

Important Details

Location: Norfolk area (some WFH flexibility)

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE

Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance Cover, Private Healthcare

What do you need to bring to the table?

Significant experience in the operation and management of PFI healthcare projects in the operational phase
A postgraduate qualification or membership of a relevant professional body (MCIOB, MRICS) is desirable.
Experience in hard FM & asset replacement.
