THE ROLE- Behaviour Mentor

Being a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working with pupils with behavioural difficulties. Must be someone that’s able to inspire and motivate pupils on a 1:1 basis and through group work. You will be building relationships with the students and develop strategies to promote positive behaviour. The role requires you to provide guidance, support and encouragement to individual’s needs.

THE SCHOOL- Behaviour Mentor

This primary school caters to children aged 3-11 with 176 pupils. They seek to improve the life chances of all the children they serve and make it their mission to bring out the best in everyone. It is in a great location of Southwark, where there is good local transport links and parking available. Being a Behaviour Mentor would give you the opportunity to work in a school where in December 2023, Ofsted rated the school ‘Good.’
