Special Needs Teaching Assistant - Godalming

Primary Education | Learning Difficulties | SEN Support

Starting from £85 per day

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Join a vibrant Primary School in Godalming, where you'll work one-to-one with students aged 4-11 with mild to severe learning difficulties.

About the Role:

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you'll provide tailored support to help children overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
Provide one-to-one and small-group assistance.
Offer behaviour and pastoral support.
Foster strong, positive relationships with students.
Adapt your approach to meet individual needs.
Safeguard the well-being of all students.
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training (CPD).

What We're Looking For:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Practical and adaptable approach to learning support.
Committed to making a positive impact on children's lives.
Able to commute to Godalming.
You must have the right to work in the UK - Visa sponsorship is not available.

Starting from £85 per day.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, term time only.
