Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent across various roles within the company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for matching the right talent to the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Use a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.

* Work with the wider team to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates for a wide range of roles.

* Be involved in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial job briefings with hiring managers to onboarding successful candidates.

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, advise on market trends, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

* Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional hiring process.

* Promote Flannery Plant Hire as an employer of choice by leveraging social media, job fairs, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

* Support the company’s commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce by developing recruitment strategies that attract a wide range of talent.

* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the construction or trades and labour.

* Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques, including experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Have an understanding employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

* Proficiency in social media platforms and job boards for candidate sourcing and engagement.

* A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
