Export Administrator
Location: Stallingborough
Salary: Up to £28k (doe)
Hours: Monday to Friday

Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading business in Immingham who are looking to add a dynamic individual to join their team.
The role:

Export operations and Exports Administration
Customer Services
Issue sales invoicing to customers according to agreements and check and pass purchase invoices
Take bookings and create in our internal software
Liaise with transport planners and shipping lines
All aspects of full load export operations including oncall rota
Completing Export Customs Clearances - using Descartes/Destin8
Completing Export Transit Documentation - using Descartes
You will need:

Approachable
Ideally 1-2 years in a similar role
Organisation and attention to detail
Experience of all matters Customs related
IT literateWeek on call Rota / 1 in 4 weeks Monday to Sunday
