Care Home Manager – Derbyshire
Location: Derbyshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
Rating: Overall "Good" CQC

Are you an experienced and compassionate leader in the care sector? We are seeking an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead our clients medium-sized residential care home in the heart of Derbyshire.

The Role
As the Care Home Manager, you will:

Lead and Inspire: Provide effective leadership, managing and motivating a team of care professionals.
Maintain Standards: Uphold and exceed our "Good" CQC rating through excellent care delivery and compliance.
Resident Focus: Ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of all residents, fostering a homely environment.
Operational Oversight: Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently to maintain a smooth-running home.
Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with families, external agencies, and the local community.

Experience were looking for:
Proven track record in a leadership role within the residential care sector.

Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, manage, and develop a team effectively.
Passion: Commitment to providing person-centred care and enhancing residents’ quality of life.
