Project Manager – Chipping Norton, Oxford

Our client is a leading Fit-Out Contractor with projects around the UK, and they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team to manage a luxury hotel build and refurbishment in Oxford.

Important details for a Project Manager applying for this role:

* Experience with refurbishments of high end works within listed buildings

* Expereince doing fitout/refurbishemtns within the hospitality sector such as Hotels, Leisure, Restaurants etc

* Appropriate skills with Administration, Budget, Client Relationship, Design, Health & Safety, Managing Staff, Planning and Scheduling , Procurement

Need to have:

* CSCS

* SMSTS

* First-Aid
