Red Recruitment is recruiting a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in Fareham, Hampshire to join an established and successful team in an award-winning mortgage brokerage.

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate who wishes to pursue a career in the financial services industry and is willing to study and work towards gaining their CeMAP qualification.

The salary is £25,000 per annum with an OTE of £30,000. The salary for this position does increase after the training period and will continue to increase as you develop your career.

Benefits and Package for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

Salary: £25,000 per annum OTE of £30,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm and 11am - 7.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturday's 9am - 1pm
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
After the training and probation period your salary will increase to £27,000 per annum with uncapped commission

Access to Employee Assistance ProgrammeKey Responsibilities of a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

Responding to customer enquiries and identifying customer needs
Passing clients through to speak to a fully qualified mortgage advisor
Acting in accordance with regulatory procedures
Placing outbound calls to potential customersKey Skills and Experience of a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

You should be currently studying for CeMAP or be willing to study for this
Strong track record in generating sales
Previous telephone-based experience would be advantageous
Proactive with the ability to use own initiative
Recently graduating from university is preferred but not essential
