Systems Engineering Manager opportunity near Bournemouth, Dorset!
A global leader in the Aerospace division is looking for a Systems Manager Engineer, this company based near Bournemouth, Dorset are renowned for delivering fully integrated solutions for both fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. The site near Bournemouth, Dorset facility specialises in cutting-edge air-to-air refuelling systems, advanced refuelling probes, air-to-air and air-to-ground launch systems utilising both pneumatic and pyrotechnic ejection technologies, as well as a range of Defensive Aids Sub-Systems.
As a Systems Manager what you’ll do:
* Supporting research and new product development in Eaton’s Mission Systems Division (MSD).
* Responsible for requirements management, system architecture development, and supporting system integration and test.
* Provide technical oversight and guidance to other SE engineers based in US and in Global Teams as well as serve as an individual contributor.
* Experience tailoring systems engineering practices to program scope and need.
* Work as a member and partner of the product team generating SE work products and providing technical guidance to incorporate systems engineering methodologies.
Qualifications:
* Experience in as a System Engineer
* Experience with MBSE using SySML language
* Experience managing a group delivering SE work products
* Demonstrated ability to balance SE discipline with product team
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
