Our client is recruiting for  3x temp to perm Customer Services Execs temp to perm to start asap –

you must have worked in a busy customer services office-based role or call centre

The hours are as follows :

Monday through to Friday, 08;00-16:00, 09:00-17:00 and 10:00-1800 rotating - 37.5 hours.

Once you have passed the probation period of 12 weeks worked the role will be hybrid .

Job Summary for the Customer Services Exec

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. This role involves engaging with customers via phone and other communication channels, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Duties for the Customer Services Exec

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone and email.

Utilise effective phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously.

Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.

Analyse customer needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.

Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.

Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs.

Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and resolve complex issues.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications for the Customer Services Exec

Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English;(bilingual/multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.

Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
