Overview:

Are you available for supply part-time or full-time and have experience in primary schools? 4myschools are hiring dedicated and passionate Primary Supply Teachers to join our team on a flexible daily supply basis. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of Primary School’s in Billericay and the surrounding areas. You choose how many and which days you work each week using our availability app, with complete control over what work you accept.

Key Responsibilities:

👩‍🏫 Lead engaging and inspiring lessons for KS1 and KS2 students

🤝 Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments, school cultures, and curriculum requirements.

📝 Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behaviour, adhering to school policies and procedures.

🔍 Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.

Requirements:

🎓 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.

👩‍🎓 Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or 2, with a strong understanding of the curriculum

🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

🌟 Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
