Sleaford – Higher than industry average salary and OTE

We have multiple opportunities for Multi Skilled Engineers in the Sleaford area with a salary higher than industry average plus generous overtime payments with a high OTE.

They’re part of one of the largest manufacturing groups in the World and as such this role will open up a range of opportunities, progression and knowledge building for the successful Multi Skilled Engineer candidates.

Shift Pattern: 4 ON / 4 OFF - 2 Days / 2 Nights (07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 – 07:00)

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out a range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on-site

* Work in a team of skilled engineers on a rotating 4 ON / 4 OFF shift pattern

* Utilize your electrical and mechanical skills, with good working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs

* Apply fault-finding techniques and support improvements in machinery performance

What We’re Looking For:

* Multi Skilled Engineer with mechanical and electrical expertise

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification

* Strong fault-finding skills and a solid understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs

* Minimum 17th Edition certification
