Our client in Rotherham have an exciting opportunity for an Electrician to join thier Electrical site Maintenance Team, who provide a variety of essential services to the site businesses.

The role operates on a 7-day rota. Working hours are 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday and 6am to 2pm weekends, with opportunity for occasional overtime working for which a premium is paid.

The Role:

* Provide electrical maintenance and repairs to the site infrastructure and workshop’s areas.

* Work as part of a team

* Follow safe working procedures and apply recognised safety practices

Requirements:

* Apprentice trained preferably with a HNC in Electrical Maintenance and must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Electrical inspection

* A working knowledge of LV Networks, Circuit Breakers, and Protection Equipment.

* Electrical testing methods and fault-finding skills.

* Proven experience in electrical installations.

* Knowledge and understanding of Allen Bradley PLCs and SCADA systems

* Ability to read electrical drawings, cable schedules and related electrical documentation.

* Confident to work at height.

* A current driving license is essential.

This role would suit someone who has worked as a Facilities Maintenance
Electrician, Electrician or Site Electrician
