Permanent - 35 hours per week

Pearson Whiffin have partnered with an established manufacturer based in West Kent. They are looking for a Buyer to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

Duties include:

Analysing buying patterns.

Stock management.

Meeting with suppliers; assessing their suitability, processes and quality.

Negotiating with suppliers (national and international).

Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Reporting on vendor performance.

To be considered for this role, you must have/be:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing or engineering.

A CIPS qualification would be a significant advantage.

Experience using ERP systems.

Organised.

A meticulous attention to detail.
