Role Overview

As a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school in Bournemouth, you will:

Supervise lessons during the short-term absence of teachers.
Ensure students stay on task with pre-set work.
Support a high-quality learning environment without the need for planning, marking, or delivering lessons.
This role gives you an excellent insight into the daily responsibilities of a teacher while allowing you to build key skills in classroom management.
