Our client is looking for a Leasehold Manager to be based in Wigan

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the below

* Excellent knowledge of Right to Buy legislation, specifically Housing Act 1985 Part V

* Background in Housing preferred

* Background in housing leasehold management/service charges preferred

* Strong decision-making skills

* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

* Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines effectively
* Exceptional customer service capabilities and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Able to work with and co-ordinate multi agencies/teams to ensure smooth running of Right to Buy service

* Investigate and respond to complaints/Councillor enquiries/MP enquiries

Pay is £25.00phr - 37.5hrs per week - Hybrid working
