Hinckley

£35,000 per annum

Uncapped Commission Earnings - Realistic OTE Up to £70,000

42.5-Hour Contract * 5 Days a Week * Mon-Fri 10am-7pm * Sat 10am-6pm * Sun 10am-4pm

Are you a car enthusiast with a knack for sales? Then this Sales Manager role could be for you!

Working for a leading automotive retailer in the used car market, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial contact to final purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming and directing customers

* Discussing vehicle options with customers

* Guiding customers through the buying process

* Closing deals effectively

To be successful, you'll need:

* At least 5 years of experience in volume used car sales (must have)

* A proven track record of closing deals

* Excellent customer service skills

* Strong mentorship and coaching abilities

* Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail

* FCA Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)

* A full UK driving licence

* A professional appearance

What we offer:

* £35,000 per annum plus uncapped commission

* Permanent contract
