Operations Manager - Open Spaces

Full Time, Permanent

£36,000pa

Devizes

As an Open Spaces Operational Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team and the overall management of all owned open spaces and buildings.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the delivery of services to agreed standards
Identify staff training needs
Recommend appropriate staffing levels
Performance reporting
Ensure the delivery of services are within the agreed budget
Ensure all building and equipment are maintained and serviced
Ordering stock
Liaise with external contractors
Maintain Health and Safety records to include conducting risk assessments and COSHH sheets
Investigate any complaintsSkills & Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Experience managing a team is essential
Experience with grounds maintenance / horticulture experience essential
Excellent verbal communication skills
Driving licenceThis position is working 37 hours per week 5 days out of 7

Most weeks will be working Monday - Friday however, some weekend/evening working is needed to cover events
