Job Opportunity: DEA/Stock Condition Surveyor
 
TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a contract DEA to their team in Perth & Fife.

Role Overview: As a Stock Condition Surveyor/DEA, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms
Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties
Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location
Conducting Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratingsIdeal Candidates:

Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields
Familiarity with the HHSRS system
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets)
Experience in carrying out EPCs
Accredited DEA through Elmhurst or ECMK.
