Maintenance Engineer

Location: Loughborough, On Site

Salary: £35,000 £40,000 + Good Benefits!

We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring our production equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-response support for equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs.
Maintain and calibrate equipment to meet validated specifications and safety standards.
Set up and change over production equipment to support operational needs.
Use technical skills to troubleshoot and solve equipment issues while adhering to GMP standards.
Continuously develop your expertise and train team members to enhance overall departmental knowledge.
Create and maintain accurate GMP documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.What We're Looking For:

Education: Formal Engineering Qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, C&G Technician, etc.).
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG, GMP, Pharmaceutical, or regulated environment.
Hands-on problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety, compliance, and reliability.
