Are you an experienced Cleaner looking for the next step in your career or are you currently a Cleaning Supervisor who is looking for a new challenge? Thorn Baker FM have an exciting opportunity, we are looking for a Cleaner Supervisor based in Ashbourne, working for our Client located at a well known national retail company.

You will be based on the client's site and will report into the Manager. The site is in a retail environment and have a team of Cleaning operatives on site. A highly respected cleaning contractor that provides contract cleaning services for a wide range of clients across the UK.

What's in it for you?

Pay £13 per hour
Monday to Friday & Sunday 6am till 9am. 18 hours a week in total

Cleaning Supervisor experience is desirable. Open to an experienced cleaner who is willing to take the next step in their career. Training and Support will be provided.
Your Role

Supporting the Manager with Client based requirements, needs and wants.
Implementation of all company policies and procedures
Maintaining, supporting and adhering to cleaning standards
Provide training, support and interventions within the cleaning team
Required to make decisions, sole and with management. Delegating tasks within the team and complete Audits
Cover Rota
Required to use the cleaning floor machines and all other cleaning equipment
About you

Experience as a cleaner supervisor
Experience within the soft services / as a cleaner
Ability to liaise and work professionally with clients and staff
Live locally within the Ashbourne area so transport won't be an issue
Team player, reliable and great communication skills
