Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire

£40K plus Benefits

40 Hours, 6.30AM-3.30PM, Sunday-Thursday

Are you an experienced Production Manager from a food production background looking for a days based role on a growing site, with potential for progression?

The position is due to growth of the business so you will be joining a stable company where they are investing both in new machinery and staff development.

This company is looking for a proactive Production Manager to manage a small but growing team, with a focus on health and safety, continuous improvement and quality.

The company processes vegetables for the food industry in a high pace environment and are part of a larger large food group.

On offer is the opportunity to join a company where you can use your initiative and make a difference to the workplace, in return you will have a stable job and develop your skillset.

The Role:

Permanent, full time , days based role within the food manufacturing sector
Manage staff and drive continuous improvement across the site
Lead factory audits
The Person:

Experience as a Production Manager
Experience in food manufacturing
Level 3 food safety and lean six sigma knowledge/qualifications
