1st Line IT Support Engineer

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties. You will be responsible for troubleshooting a wide range of issues, from software problems to hardware failures. You will also need to be able to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

* Respond to user queries via phone, email, and chat

* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

* Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity problems

* Reset passwords and unlock accounts

* Install and configure new software

* Provide technical support and guidance to users

* Document all support interactions

* Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff

Requirements

* A strong understanding of computer hardware and software

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
