Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Salary: £42,000 per annum + Paid breaks
Welcome Bonus: £1,000
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (45 hours/week, rolling shifts)

We’re recruiting a Head Chef for a vibrant retirement village in Witney. This is your chance to create exceptional dining experiences, from daily meals to special events, while leading a talented kitchen team.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to diverse needs.
Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting, stock control, and compliance.
Inspire and mentor your team to deliver excellence.
Collaborate with teams to support special events and activities.
What You’ll Bring:

Proven leadership in a professional kitchen, ideally catering to varied dietary needs.
A passion for food, creativity, and top-notch service.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (preferred).
