Description

You will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and specification to market release. This role demands strong engineering expertise, project management capabilities, familiarity with the automotive testing sector, and the ability to modify existing products to align with customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Analyse current and future automotive customer requirements, proposing innovative solutions to meet their demands.

Manage all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring deadlines are met and plans are adapted as needed.

Coordinate with development and test teams, providing updates to management on project status.

Conduct product reviews during development and provide constructive feedback to improve designs.

Offer expert guidance to customer support teams and other departments as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in the automotive sector, ideally within vehicle testing.

An engineering degree or HNC-level qualification.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skilled in reading and interpreting technical documents such as regulations, specifications, and data sheets.

Ability to understand and resolve complex engineering challenges.

Full UK driving license.

Familiarity with sales and customer management is a plus
