FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative
Location: Droitwich
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Are you looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? We have an exciting opportunity for a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team in Droitwich. This is a temp-to-perm position offering competitive pay and the chance to develop new skills within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Order picking: Using manual pallet trucks to prepare products for dispatch.

* Loading and unloading: Handling steel tubes and other materials, ensuring smooth operations and gaining experience to cover for holidays and sickness.

* Labelling: Generating and applying accurate product labels.

* Stock control: Conducting regular stock inventories to maintain accurate records.

* Compliance: Following strict production paperwork and packing standards.

What We're Looking For:

* Physical fitness: This is a physically demanding role, so you'll need to be fit and capable of handling heavy materials.

* Attention to detail: Strong arithmetic and reading skills are essential to ensure accuracy in picking and packing.

* Independence: The ability to work unsupervised and maintain high standards is key.
