360 Operator / Working Foreman

£22 - £25 per hour - 40 Hours Per Week

Do you have extensive groundwork / civils experience?

Are you a hands on Operator who can work from plans to set out footings and drainage on large scale residential extensions?

Then we want to hear from you!

Our client is a high end, privately owned, bespoke developer who deliver quality new build and renovation projects, predominantly for private individuals.

Due to the award of a number of new projects, they are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 excavator operator / working foreman.

About the role:

Working on various projects, the work consists of all aspects of groundworks and will require you to take the lead and provide hands on support for:

* Trenching

* Backfilling

* Drainage

* Foundation laying

* Concreting and finishing

* Excavation

About you:

Due to the nature of this work, suitable candidates must have previous experience of working on sites and hold a valid CPCS card and Groundworker tickets.

Other skills and attributes required:

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to work on your own initiative and within a team

* Organise co-workers whilst on site

* Be able to work from plans

* The ability to set out for foundations using a laser level

* Good communications skills
