Job Title: HGV Technician
Location: Banbury
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Shift: Straight Days

Job Description We are looking for a skilled and dedicated HGV Technician to join our team in Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician seeking a stable, day-shift role with competitive pay. You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a fleet of HGVs, ensuring they meet all safety and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HGVs, trailers, and other vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently and accurately.
Prepare vehicles for MOT, ensuring all work meets regulatory and company standards.
Maintain accurate service records and inspection paperwork.
Collaborate with team members and assist with larger repairs when needed.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as an HGV Technician or similar role.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
A valid HGV Class 1 or 2 license (preferred).
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Benefits
