The Role
As an Experienced Packaging Technologist, you will:

Develop, test, and implement innovative packaging solutions across a variety of products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and marketing, to ensure packaging aligns with brand and consumer needs.
Drive sustainability initiatives by researching and adopting eco-friendly materials and technologies.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Troubleshoot packaging issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Packaging Technologist, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or a related industry.

Expertise in packaging materials, design, and production processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
Knowledge of sustainability trends and regulations within the packaging industry.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
