With nearly 20 years experience within the M&E, air conditioning, fire and FM sectors this company know what it takes to provide an excellent service for their clients. They sub contract for some major names in the industry as well as having their own clients with the commercial and healthcare sectors. They are recruiting for a QHSE Officer (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment), you will be:-

* Based at their office in Redhill in Surrey but also travelling out to sites across the London and south east areas

* Working on sites across air conditioning, fire / smoke sectors and mechanical sectors

* Developing, implementing and maintaining QHSE systems

* Doing site risk assessments and audits

* Running training sessions on QHSE and liaising with the regulatory bodies

* Managing weekly Health and safety for sites as well as doing compliance checks

* Reviewing and auditing subbies

* Keeping up to date all relevant paperwork

Skills needed to be a QHSE Officer:-

* Living within reasonable travelling distance to the office in Redhill in surrey

* Experience needed working on QHSE within an M&E, HVAC or FM framework

* NEBOSH certificate and relevant QHSE certificates

* A thorough knowledge of H&S, quality assurance and managing risk as well as putting control measures into operation

* You need to be good at record keeping and paperwork in general

Salary and Benefits of a QHSE Officer:-

* 37-43k basic salary

* Car allowance
