Are you a passionate and dedicated History teacher looking for a new opportunity? Prospero Teaching is recruiting on behalf of a fantastic secondary school located in East Ham, East London, to cover maternity leave starting January 2025.

Position: History Teacher
Start Date: January 2025
Contract Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover for Two Terms)
Location: East Ham, East London
Key Stages: KS3 & KS4

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic humanities department and inspire students to engage with history in creative and meaningful ways.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching History across KS3 and KS4.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
A commitment to fostering a love of history and critical thinking in young learners.Other
