SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary Academy in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire - January Start - £85 to £115 per day

Do you have previous experience working with SEN children and supporting them throughout their day to day lives as well as academically?

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide one to one support for students with learning difficulties within the classroom. You will work closely with the teacher to introduce alternative learning methods based on individual abilities to ensure equal opportunity for the children you work with.

*** Working 121 and across the classroom as a general TA

**Key Responsibilities**

Work alongside teachers to create alternative learning options
Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment
Give 121 support to students who may be struggling

**Qualifications and Skills**

Prior experience with children is preferred
Capable of adapting to various classroom settings
Strong communication skills for building and nurturing connections
Team player committed to offering excellent support
Actively involved in engaging with children
