Our client is a global Ground Engineering contractor who have several companies within their Group to service the construction industry. Due to requirements from existing clients, they are searching for an experienced manager to head up a new Ground Improvement Division within the business based in the South East (Will consider some flexibility with location).

About The Role & Candidate

- You will ideally have experience in Estimating & Designing Ground Improvement techniques, especially Rigid inclusions & CMC (Stone columns.

- Ideally you will also have expeirence in the installation capacity Stone Columns and Rigid Inclusions.

- A minimum of 5 years expeirence in Ground Improvement.

- Ideally you will be able to demostrate strong leadership skills

- Ideally you will be driven and want to help grow the division, where you will have an opportunity to progress in a more senior role within the Group.

- This opportunity would ideally suit somebody who would be confident to start a new division for a market leading contractor who already have enquiries, you will have the backing from the group.
