This exciting opportunity will be available from mid-January, following a complete refurbishment of the kitchen. Among the new features are the installation of a pizza oven and an expanded kitchen.

What's involved?

For this position, you must be an experienced head chef who understands the importance of due diligence and team training. As the new head chef, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and cooking.

You will be responsible for training and delegating tasks to your team.

A solid background in margin and costing is essential. You will of course supervise the food service during peak hours, ensuring timely and quality delivery to guests.

Additionally, you will nurture a positive team atmosphere, promoting teamwork and hospitality among staff.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience and a strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
