Asbestos Surveyor

IR35 Status: Inside
Day Rate: £260.00 per day
Contract Length: 12 MonthsAre you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor ready for a new challenge with a Local Authority?

Role Overview:
Join a highly regarded local authority for a 12-month interim contract. You'll play a key role in conducting property risk assessments and crafting solutions for health and safety challenges across diverse buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct management and refurbishment asbestos surveys.
Oversee asbestos remediation projects.
Manage asbestos removal projects, liaising with licensed contractors.
Perform quality assurance tasks for asbestos management.
Execute ad-hoc asbestos removal work.
Ensure compliance with asbestos legislation and guidelines.
Maintain clear, effective communication with clients throughout surveys and report writing.Qualifications & Experience:

BOHS P402 certification (or equivalent).
Demonstrated expertise in asbestos surveying and analysis.
Strong knowledge of asbestos-related legislation and compliance.
Project management experience within the asbestos sector.
